Visibility matters when it brings attention back to the work.

Visibility is not the destination. It is a responsibility. For a public leader, the question is not only who is watching, but what the attention makes possible.
Using the room well
Captain Irene Ndanu's platform is strongest when it moves attention toward practical work: youth training, grassroots football, mentorship, women, enterprise, and community support.

Responsibility means naming the need clearly, protecting the dignity of the people involved, and turning public interest into action that can be followed up.
