Economic agency is not only about earning. It is also about confidence, safety, dignity, and the power to make choices with less fear.

Women need spaces where their work is taken seriously, their ideas are heard, and their next steps are supported with practical tools. Training, networks, public voice, and encouragement all matter when they help women move with more freedom.

The goal is not to speak about empowerment as a slogan. The goal is to build conditions where women can choose, lead, earn, and participate without shrinking themselves.
